8 : Have an imaginary coffee with your ideal customer

There’s one person out there who fits the profile of my perfect customer. What can I learn from them ?

Q – Who is my ideal customer ?

A – Someone who wants me to do this work for them. They don’t have the equipment, the skills, or the time to do it. They could be an office worker, shop keeper, stay at home parent, elderly, or just busy.

Q – What does my ideal customer care about ?

A – They care about an attractive and well maintained home and yard.

Q – What does my ideal customer want ?

They want someone to clean paving, trim lawns, and move large items. They want someone else to do the work for them, and are willing to pay for it. They want someone with their own equipment.
